Salsa Verde - Green Sauce
4 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons fresh parsley
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
Salt and White pepper
Crush the garlic in a mortar.
Add the parsley and crush it as well.
Slowly add the olive oil and stir constantly.
Add a pinch of salt, pepper and the vinegar and stir until well blended.
The sauce is ideal to serve with grilled fish, chicken or meats.
