Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
Juice of 1/4 lemon
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir swiftly with a whisk.
Serve over salads or vegetables.
