Chickpeas with Chorizo
1 jar chickpeas (23 ounces)
6 ounces chorizo, sliced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Heat half the olive oil in a pan.
Add the chorizo, garlic, and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the chickpeas and the remaining olive oil and cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
