Tender Broad Beans with Ham - serves four
1 12-ounce jar tender broad beans
3 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 slices of Serrano ham, chopped
2 tablespoons onions, very finely chopped
Salt and Pepper
Warm the olive oil in a pan.
Add the onion and sauté until golden.
Add the chopped Serrano ham and sauté for a minute.
Stir in the beans. Cover and cook for approximately five minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
