Sliced Garlic and Piquillo Peppers
8-10 whole piquillo peppers
1/4 cup sliced garlic
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Lightly sauté the garlic in the olive oil until golden, but not brown.
Add the whole peppers and heat through.
Salt to taste.
Serve as a Tapa or appetizer with warm crusty bread.
