Serrano Ham with Catalan Bread - Serving Suggestion
1 Baguette or crusty bread cut into rounds
1-2 ripe tomatoes, halved
2-3 cloves garlic, sliced in half (optional)
Extra virgin olive oil
Serrano ham
Rub the bread rounds with the tomato (and garlic)
Drizzle with olive oil.
Top with a thin slice of Jamon Serrano.
Serve as a tapa or appetizer.
